During my decade working in AI at global tech giants and innovative startups, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of technology, alongside its risks. It was my journey into philosophy that confirmed my intuition: we need humanistic thinking - rooted in ancient and modern tradition alike - to tackle today's most pressing questions. What does it mean to be human in the digital world? How is AI redefining our identity; our values? How can we shape the co-evolution of the natural and the artificial in a way that supports human flourishing?

The key lies in multidisciplinarity; in the bridging of worlds. By combining my experience in technology and philosophy, I aim to create a more nuanced approach to innovation; one that allows us to think clearly amidst the storm. Luar Labs brings to life my passion: helping human-centered companies lead in the AI era.

I have served in multiple Data & AI technical and strategy roles at companies like Microsoft, Databricks, and IBM, defining and executing data transformation initiatives with customers across the globe. I hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters in Data Science, and on-going Master studies in Philosophy.

As part of my research in the latter, I currently examine how AI is being integrated into human decision-making flows and its effects on our agency and cognitive skills.
